Aged for 10 months in Hungarian oak barrels, our Merlot shows a deep garnet color and an enticing nose of mulberry, pine, and cocoa powder. The palate is rich with plum, black cherry and cedar that comes through a smooth, supple mouth-feel, finished with soft, round tannins.
Light golden hue subtle aromas of pear and baked apple quickly develop into lush nutty lees characters. The palate is rich with creamy apples and a touch of vanilla. This wine is partially barrel fermented which adds structure without masking the fruit.
Made with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, this tasty sparkler boasts delicate bubbles, zesty acidity and notes of spicy raspberry, and peach. Dry and refreshing. Only 500 cases produced. 90 points by Wine Advocate
