Group Policy

We look forward to your visit! We would love to help you make arrangements that are tailored to your needs. To book a reservation at either tasting room, or if you have any questions that aren’t addressed below, please e-mail our Reservation Coordinator, Jul:  jul@liebcellars.com.

Please note that we are now accepting reservations for all visitors, and we highly recommend making a reservation if you are planning to visit during the weekend.

In order to provide the level of quality service we strive for, we have a few conditions for groups planning their visit to either tasting room:

Visit Lieb Cellars Tasting Room, 13050 Oregon Road, Cutchogue:

Parties of less than 6: If you are visiting with less than 6 people, a reservation is not required but is highly recommended on weekends.

Groups of 6-10 people: If you are arriving in a group of 6 to 10 guests, a reservation is highly recommended to guarantee entry on weekends.  If your group arrives without a reservation and we are fully-booked or at capacity, we will not be able to accommodate you at that time but you will be given the opportunity to hold a table for later in the day.  Please note that we reserve the right to re-schedule your reservation if you arrive with more guests than what was originally stated during booking, so please keep us updated if your group size changes so we are able to properly accommodate you.

Groups larger than 10: In order to visit us with more than 10 guests, you must make an advance reservation for a Library Room Rental or Private Tasting by e-mailing our Reservation Coordinator.  Groups larger than 10 will not be  accommodated on a walk-in basis on Saturdays & Sundays.

Private Tastings: If your group would like a more formal, education-based experience, we highly recommend scheduling a Private Tasting. Groups (up to 12 guests) can book a private tasting in our library room by emailing our reservation coordinator. (Please note that on Saturdays and Sundays we can only accommodate Private Tastings at 11:30AM and 1PM.)  Private Tastings can only be booked in advance, and can not be accommodated on a same-day basis.

Reservations must be made 24+ hours in advance.

We will only hold reserved tables for 15 minutes, after which we will make the table available to our waitlist & walk-in guests.

We reserve the right to re-schedule your reservation if you arrive with more people than what was stated during booking, and a larger table is not available at the time of your arrival.
