Aged for 10 months in Hungarian oak barrels, our Merlot shows a deep garnet color and an enticing nose of mulberry, pine, and cocoa powder. The palate is rich with plum, black cherry and cedar that comes through a smooth, supple mouth-feel, finished with soft, round tannins. While delicious to drink now, it should age well for many years.
With violets, raspberry, sweet tobacco and black pepper on the nose, this Cabernet Franc displays juicy blackberry and currant nuances, which carry the wine into its dry, peppery finish.
