A blend of both stainless steel tank and French oak barrel fermented fruit, this Chardonnay opens with aromas of pear and baked apple that develop into nutty characters. The barrel fermentation adds structure without masking the fruit, allowing creamy characteristics to come through with undertones of tropical fruit and a touch of vanilla on the finish.
Our Signature Wine is produced from some of the oldest vines on the North Fork (circa 1983). Fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, this wine is vibrant and crisp with notes of lemongrass, rose petals, and sugared lemon peels. After a finish of star fruit and green apple, there is a touch of sea spray.
