Scheduling a Private Tasting:
How to Book
Reservations must be made no less than 2 weeks in advance. Appointments are Wednesday-Sunday and times are subject to availability. If you are interested in scheduling a private tasting, please e-mail our Reservation Coordinator at email@example.com. Complimentary private tastings for members are non-transferable and the member must be present.
Please be prepared to provide your credit card information to our team members to hold the appointment time. Be advised that we will not charge your card until the day of your appointment. Separate payments are not accepted for the tastings. Your card will also be used in case of a Cancellation Fee (a cancellation less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment). That fee is $10/guest.
Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment to check-in so that the tasting can start promptly. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you forfeit your scheduled appointment and you will be charged a “no-show” ($10pp) fee. Please note that your guests should also be on time, as the tasting will begin punctually regardless of late guests.
Private Tasting reservations are for 90 minutes. The tasting itself usually lasts one hour, and you will have 30 mins to enjoy use of the room until the next reservation. If you would like to stay after your appointment time slot, please inform your server and we will do our best to accommodate you depending on availability.
Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted on premise. We have cheese, meats and snacks for sale in our tasting room. If you would like to bring a cake for a birthday, you are responsible for providing plates/cutlery, and we ask that you take all garbage with you (you may use our dumpster.)
Buses and Limos: As per our agreement with the town and residential neighbors, we do not accept buses, limos, sprinter vans or drop-offs from these vehicles at the Lieb Cellars Tasting Room and cannot make an exception for your private tasting. We apologize for the inconvenience.
