The most random job I’ve ever had: When I was around 18 years old I was a telemarketer for a chimney and masonry company. I would call hundreds of people, mostly in the Queens/Brooklyn area, and try to convince them to get their chimney or oil burner professionally cleaned.
What I do for Lieb: Keep the tasting room in tip top shape, direct private tastings, and lure guests into our wine club with my undeniable charm (although our club’s awesome perks certainly help).
Perfect Pairing: Lieb Blanc de Blancs and oysters…although beer and football is a close second
Travel Destination: Anywhere on the Mediterranean sounds about right
