What do you do at Lieb Cellars?
I work in the tasting room pouring wine for our guests!
How did you come to work in the wine industry?
I’ve worked in hospitality for around 8 years but always in restaurants. My change in fields stemmed from the desire to learn more about wine and to work more normal hours while still getting to do what I love!
What’s your favorite part about working at LC?
I know almost everyone’s answer is the same, the team, but it’s true! I get to work with great people who are always making me laugh.
What are your favorite Lieb and non-Lieb wines?
My favorite Lieb wine is definitely our Sparkling Pinot Blanc. As far as non-Lieb wines go I’m still usually a sparkling girl, I love champagne. I also love a good Cab Sauv too though.
If someone gave you $100 and the day off how would you spend it?
I would probably go into Manhattan to Upland (one of my favorite restaurants) and get myself a big ol’ bowl of cacio e pepe and a nice glass of wine.
