What is the difference between Wine Club and Wine Subscription?
A.

Wine Club selections occur quarterly, include on-site Tasting Room perks and are a mix of red, white and rosé wines. Wine Club selections can either be shipped or picked up at our Tasting Room. By contrast, Wine Subscription selections are ship-to only, occur monthly and do not include on-site perks. However, Subscribers are able to choose either a Whites & Rosé option or a Reds option. Simply put, Subscription is a better choice for members who live far away and can’t take advantage of the Club’s on-site perks, and for those who like certain wine types (whites or reds).

When am I billed for my wine?
A.

On the last Wednesday of each month. Once the order is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

When will the wine ship?
A.

Within 2 business days of the order being processed. Shipping will take 1-5 business days, and a signature is required for delivery.

Q.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
A.

Yes, shipping does apply on Subscription orders.

Q.
What if I am not home to receive my wine?
A.

If your schedule does not allow you to be home during delivery hours, we recommend that you provide us with your business or office address to have your wine delivered to. If FedEx attempts to deliver to your home and you miss them, they will attempt two more times before returning the wine to us.

Can I cancel my Subscription at any time?
A.

Yes, you can. To cancel or put your Subscription on hold for a period of time, simply email Jenna at wineclub@liebcellars.com. You can also email Jenna if you wish to change your wine type option from Whites & Rosés to Reds or vice versa.

If I don’t like a wine that’s part of my Subscription, can I switch it for another wine?
A.

Unfortunately, we cannot make customizations to the Subscription shipments. The shipment charges occur automatically and the wine inventory is set aside ahead of time.
